Photos of stock inner rockers on crew cab?

One of the previous owners installed nerf bars on my truck that I have removed and need to clean up the inner rockers to finish. I noticed there is a hole with a bolt through it and I do not think this is something factory, but would like to confirm with photos.

Does anyone have a good photo of a stock inner rocker setup on a crew cab? You can see in the photo below the hole I am talking about.

my crew has the hole in the outer layer, but not the layer behind it. no bolt.
