w/tb k-series 292 engine crossmember
 

im putting a 292 in a 66 k-10 4x4 truck & need a crossmember for it ! i guess a 73 & up 4x4 engine crossmember will work?? thinking it has to fit a 292 engine ?? reasonable ?? thanks

I have an engine crossmember for a v8 out of a 72, I believe they are the same but hopefully someone with chime in if I'm wrong. 70 plus shipping if interested.

The V-8 and the 292 are not the same. The 292 has staggered motor mounts and the crossmember is configured to accept the 292 motor mounts.

I have one that came out of a 69. Its in my garage somewhere, I will look for it on Wednesday evening. Why not buy the factory 66 style 292 4x4 perches?

This is a k series 292 crossmember off a 1970 k20. See the stagggard mounts..
