Hello all,
Does anyone out there have any ideas on how to fill/cover up the excess space between bed and rear bumper?? Thanks, good day! |

Step side or fleet / cameo bed?

Wow, that looks great. Do you have any more details, photos, etc?

Re: 55-59 rear bumper gap
Thanks,
Don't have any more photos, just take measurements of where the brackets will protrude through the pan and transfer to the backside of pan and start cutting. I made the initial hole smaller intentionally and slowly/carefully enlarged it for a perfect fit. Just take your time and it'll work out! Thanks again, |

That looks sharp. Many who aren't knowledgeable about TF trucks probably won't catch it simply because it looks like it belongs that way.

Re: 55-59 rear bumper gap
I ran into the same issue with the bumper gap, more space than I expected.
I have pics and write up on how I shortened the 4 brackets going to the rear bumper. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...=541132&page=2 |

Very nice work on your truck and very impressive metal/fabrication skills that you have!
