VIN-Plate Rivets

Would an '83 have rosette rivets for the VIN-plate?

Edit: I just checked my 81 parts cab
and my early 85 truck they both have rosette rivets on the windshield Vin plate .

I just checked all mine
91,89,87,85,77,75 and 72 all have 6 sided rivets
