Kinda cool.
When I bought my truck 28 years ago, she came with most of the receipts and records of any repairs that have ever been done.
In this paperwork are the delivery sheet, owners manual, and the Maintenance Protector-plate brochures. In it the original owner signed it and it lists the Dealership. I just thought it would be cool to have a keychain from the dealer to hang in the truck, as a conversation piece.. On a whim I looked up the dealership and emailed them just to see if they were even still in business. I included a brief history of the truck, and told them I’d like to buy a couple keychains. Ten minutes after I sent the Email, I got a response from the manager. They’re still open (Since 19666) and going strong. He loved the History Story and asked for my address, so he can send me a BOX FULL of bling for the truck and shop! I’m on vacation this week, but When I get home I’m going to send him some pictures of the truck and it’s lineage, for them to Put up in their sales office. |

We want pics too. Don't forget some pics of the box of bling too. It's very cool.....

Very cool. Can't wait to see what they send. Maybe I should contact the USAF and see what they will send me since they owned my truck first :)

I usually have a bunch of pictures of my truck in my photo album, but then my wife gets ahold of my iPad and transfers them to the laptop. |
