Does anyone know if these parts are available for a 63 C20?

My lining is pretty much gone.

I heard you can buy brake lining from McMaster Carr, however, which type of lining is best?
Non-metallic? High friction?
Bonded? Riveted?

Yes you can, search box upper right corner. I found it earlier. McMaster-Carr updated the partr number on they're web site from the old one.

I just ordered some. I think I will just use JB Weld as adhesive.

I sent the one from my IH to a place in Birmingham Al that relines clutches and brakes for big rig trucks...the material is somewhat preformed to the dia shape, then bonded and riveted to the band..
