67 Choke knob and cig lighter

I picked up a short box 67 recently and noticed a different style choke knob and cig lighter. Are these original to 67 or not? Maybe earlier ? Not sure. Here are a few pics. Thanks in advance.

Cigarette lighter is from American Motors vehicles... Up to years 1969 or 70.

Owned several 68-69 Javelins and seen the same style in other AMCs from the late 60s.
