55.2-59 inside step dimensions? Anyone DIY them?

Being an Illinois truck my apache has two nasty inside steps. I know they aren't that expensive to replace but if I have the metal I figured Id try to make them. I know I have seen some in the project threads but figured I'd ask. Thanks
