Gauge cluster female wiring plug adapter?

Before I cut off the plug for the gauge cluster does anyone make a female plug adapter for gauge cluster conversions or custom gauges?

I'm getting ready to start wiring up my NVU gauges. I just ordered a universal 12 pin wire connector to run the stock wiring harness to the new gauges when I thought I wonder if someone already makes a plug and play adapter.

Nice instrument package.
Francis Wire Works carries the plastic housing for the stock back-of-dash plug. Don't know about a female, as that's a rectangle cut in the back of the gauge tin, and the contacts are on the printed circuit.

That looks like a pretty sweet setup would love to see how it plugs into the truck's wiring

I have never seen a female plug for the stock gauge cluster before either. I have some connectors that I got at work that would work for that. You would still have to cut the male plug off though.

I would like to suggest that if you do cut the factory plug off leave yourself enough wire coming out of it to use it for testing clusters in the future. That's what I did with one and it's been nice having it.

With Boost and EGT gauges, it looks like you're building a turbo-diesel. I peaked at your flckr pix. A diesel L6.

I found this adapter (SNAP-ADAPT 12-PIN) at the following sites:

seems to be available at many sites now.
