Rust free cab value.

Wondering what a 71 non AC auto trans cab would be worth after it has had all the usual rust repair done. Bare cab, decently repaired and in epoxy with a clean title. No glass, no doors etc, located in SW missouri

I don't have any pictures. What I have is a decent cab with a clean title that needs the usual inner and outer rockers and floor repair. I'm just wondering if it would be worth putting a new floor in it and doing the needed repairs and selling it to raise finances for my build. Finding out what a repaired cab is worth is vital to that mission.
