66 C10 - 78 C20 suspension swap?
I have access to a 78 C20 chassis that I was contemplating putting its suspension under my 66 C10. The C20 has 8 lug, 16" wheels and the brakes and steering components have been rebuilt already. Would the front suspension be a direct bolt-on? Would the rear end suspension work? I would like to be able to bolt in the rear leaf springs and axle as-is, or could I get axle mounts for the existing trailing arms?

Yes the C20 front suspension will bolt up to your '66 C10 frame just the same as a '73-'87 C10 suspension will. Personally I would keep the trailing arm suspension you currently have. The ride will be better with coil springs. I sell the trailing arm mounts and panhard bar mount for the 14 bolt. Converting to leaf springs can be done but it is a lot of work.
