Glass (front)
Set by previous owner.
Getting ready to fix the side windows here and then hopefully paint soon. Was looking at the front and doesn't seem too bad - but some gaps etc in the moulding. Thoughts on just running around the inside with black auto glass silicone/adhesive. Using this for the side windows. Re: Glass (front)
The windshield should not need any sealer to make it waterproof. Are you seeing a gap or just different paint? The windshield should not be installed when you paint. It really needs to be out for a couple reasons, first is that you should do any repairs to the flange area and 2nd is so you don't have the issue that you posted this picture of.

Re: Glass (front)
I'd just massage the rubber back into the opening to close the gap.
