Re: Pate Swap Meet
I am wanting to go SO BAD but am un-able to this year. Didn't get to go to the April '20 swap meet because was cancelled and postponed to late fall. Again that was cancelled and scheduled for this April. Now coming up this weekend and I have a family commitment that takes priority but I want to go so bad.:waah:
Have been a regular go-er for a good many years and will again but just can't this year. Have fun for the two of us and wear your walking shoes for sure. Enjoy and have a great time. :chevy: |

Re: Pate Swap Meet
Just booked a hotel for Friday night a couple of miles away from the speedway. I will be there Friday and Saturday making my way around trying to find parts that I need. If anyone would like to meet up and say hello please send me a PM and I will give you my phone number:chevy:

I walked around all day Friday and Saturday. I scored a very nice inner Grill for my 72 I had to separate it from a dinged up surround .the screws looked like they had never been removed. Only one crack on the side of a mounting tab otherwise no cracks at all. Paid $80 and very happy with it, also grabbed a set of sill plates, back of cab paint divider trim and a Giant Vise. The vise is a hard to find Reed 206R with 6" jaws, wieghs 153 pounds. It's almost 2' 6" long and is 14" tall. This is going on my welding table :chevy:
