Door jamb wedge 73 blazer

Hello

I have what I think is called a bronze door jamb wedge at the top of the door jamb, is this Factory part or an aftermarket rig/fix to aid with sagging doors? My blazer is kind of a basket case and the doors aren’t currently on it

I am not 100% sure on the 2nd generation but they are factory on the first generation Blazers. At least the four 1972 models I have owned. Many GM convertibles had them.

I’ve seen pics of them on the 69-72 blazers, but I can’t find an image for the 2nd gen
