Trying something different on my 87 V10....took a set of 1009 CUCV 15x8s to Georgia and had 2 inches added to the outside with 33x12.50 BFG All Terrains. I was skeptical about the white but personally I think it's kinda cool and different..I had a set of NOS caps since they cover more of the spindle.

Thanks for posting that. I've got a set of wheel vintiques 16x10 rims on my truck(still in progress at the moment). I've wondered what those would look like if painted white and equipped with the factory dogdishes. I think I'd prefer narrower rims, but I'll try painting these white and see how I like it first.

Any chance you have more pics of those wheels? A front 3/4 shot of the truck would be interesting, to see how the deep white dish looks when viewed from an angle.

Are the wheel centers still centered inside the rim, or are they closer to the inside or outside edge of the rim?

Wheels are now 4 inches in and 6 inches out..added 2 inches to the outside..I'll grab some pics next week...at my buddies getting polished and waxed

looks good. What did you do about the seam from welding? I just got my set back from him, sandblasted and need to prime and bodywork them before paint.

Nothing just powdercoated and mounted tires.
Hopefully they're not all flat tmrw.

That's beautiful! I feel most 4x4's these days (new and old) have black 20" aftermarket type wheels. it is refreshing to see those wonderful steelies and caps. Well done.

I particularly like the stance on that green & white truck. Tall and narrow. What's the tire size and lift height on that truck?

It's 2.5 " with 16x7 E350 van wheels and 255/85 -16 tires

Looks good! I had rally’s on mine and switched to stock 15x8 with caps a few years ago. Tires are 33x10.50. Still have the rally’s in storage if I change my mind.

I like it but then again I'm partial two the white steelies .
