WTB Dash repair piece for AC dash
 

I need a repair piece for the cut up radio section for a 1972 Blazer. I know trucks and other years fit just letting you know what I need it for.

Let me know what you have and how much shipped to 02302.

I have one. How big of a piece do you need? It is out of a 71 C-10. $50.00 shipped.

This is not an AC dash and the wrong year but its the best I could come up with.

Cutting like this is the least welding and some is covered by the dash pad.

Cut it like this red section and just drill the spot welds on the bottom , That way you don't cut thru the bottom support brace and there is very little welding and filling . :chevy:

That is a very large piece. I was thinking it would be a lot smaller. I can't ship that big of a piece for free.

Doing it that way saves work and keeps the lower brace intact . using the glove box hinge and lower steering column cover assures you have it correctly aligned .

I think you should go with bl.A.zer 90045. I haven't had time to remove piece from the dash yet.

Here is what I have, it does have an extra hole beside the radio. I have a local interested but it has some weird rust on top of the dash so I think he is going to pass.

A friend of mine had this dash at his house. there are 4 small screw holes that will need to be filled. They are from a CB and some other thing. He wants $100 for the whole dash + shipping or he will cut out any size piece you want. It is from a 1970 C-10.

I would want it cut just like grumpy old man shows in Post number four.

Before he starts to cut it see if there’s a way he can get a shipping estimate for that size as shown in post number 4 shipped to ZIP Code 02302.

The ruff estimate I got was for UPS $16.83, USPS $14.65. These are going off of a 5lb weight. If the actual weight is less I will let you know. If this is OK pm me your information
