Step bumper question…..

1 Attachment(s)
I’ve got this step bumper that I want to get powder coated, but I need to find out what goes in this spot beforehand. The hole is only 1” in diameter. I’m thinking too small for a trailer hook up. Looks like it was factory cut.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Trailer plug hookup. A quick search will reveal the type that would fit there.

Yup, trailer plug. I'm thinking the 4 prong type --lights only

I agree that’s what my K20 had thru a similar hole when I bought it.

Ok. Thank you. I’m not familiar with this small of a plug. I have a car trailer with electric brakes. Takes a much larger connection.
I may leave it as is & put a rubber / plastic plug there.

The smallest trailer connectors have no provision for brakes. I've had a connector that small on a Custom Camper to connect to the slide-in juice including tail lights and all. I always figured it was a trailer connector. I never had a trailer with no brakes.
