Why not just do your own? I believe a 2 5/8 hole for the balls. . Use a ling drill bit to pilot the hole saw and drill leaving approx 1/4 inch on sides and bottom. Hold the drill straight and saw the hole. It does not look round since it is going into a curve. Measure and drill 4 holes in the top for center duct and file the l and r smaller slots. I have converted several and it is very easy.
