We have some of the OE RH buddy seat mounting brackets shown in the lower half of your picture available in the below linked "67-68 Buddy Bucket Seat Misc. Hardware" f/s thread, the brackets are item #3 on the parts list. Have a look and let us know, Mel :chevy:
