What trim goes here on a 70 Suburban?

I found some original rear side panels for my 70, but they have indentations on the vertical edges above the drivers side wheel that looks like there was a trim piece covering the seam. My Suburban didn’t have anything when I got it, and searches on the forum and online haven’t provided any clear pics of anything. Thanks in advance for your help!
