reverse light for one second
 

Hello All,

I installed a new switch years ago and I know how to adjust it. But now when the lights come on they go right back out. I have adjusted one click at a time and when it finally lights it is like a flash and back off

The switch seems finicky. Has anyone experienced this? Was it just a switch going bad? or something else?

It does that on my van because the shifter is sloppy. I have to hold the shifter in a specific spot to keep the lights on.

Solved,

Nothing more than another cheap offshore part failing after a very short time. I installed a new switch and all works correct.
