This lighter I believe to be NOS, it has one mark in the plastic pic 2. Otherwise very nice. I am calling it (very nice OEM) as I do not have a box and the mark in the plastic. $70 shipped.

Just noticed the picture of the inside of the element looks black but it is not it is the picture and is grey in color. It has not been used.
