Fatality in Oklahoma

Sad to hear of this. Don't know if he was a forum member or not but thoughts, prayers, and condolences to the family.

I don't remember any members in Moore OK.

At 75 and I just turned 75 yesterday it could have been a medical issue.

Given the location and time of day, he could have tried to avoid hitting a deer. It is rut or near rut according to the Wildlife Dept. Gun season started the next day. Unless the vehicle hits the deer before the crash, Investigators have little clue as to why a single vehicle left the road.

I second a medical issue. A heart attack can happen anytime, anyplace. Even when you're sleeping. It's scary thought but it happens.

X2

In some ways, I hope it was medical and he was lights-out before he hit anything. So maybe he got to exit while he was doing something he really enjoyed.

That's exactly what I told my wife.
