Found a new project 86 C10 BBC
 

First of all I have bought and sold C10 pickups for 20 years
Most of what I like is basket cases all way to decent drivers


I stumbled across this on my wife’s Facebook marketplace
I normally do a little work then flip them. But this one has a patina look due to a tarp and does not have the normal rot. Very solid good rockers and cab corners
And o yeah It also has a Big Block that sounds really good.
I pick it up tomorrow and the work will begin starting with a bath.

Not saying I will not flip it, but I have made a spot in my buildings for it to stay in case I must keep it!!!

Always nice to see one found before the rust monster or growing tree renders it a parts only truck.

If that tool box is included, those have also risen in value, at least for new ones. Could be a nice match for the bumper.

All that tarnished chrome bling on the motor has me wondering what's on the inside.

No tool box

Always ask, is that for sale just in case guy wants some more cash

Bought this old gas pump and some c10 Rallies from same guy

Truck has zero brakes but got it running Big Cam

Ok truck it first bath since 2005

I have found no rot only surface rust from years of a tarp

Someone dumped gallon oil in bed no rust !!!!!
Engine is amazing still no breaks pedal is hard
