72 c10 inner door panel
 

I had to pull the inner door panels on my truck to replace the mirrors. When I did the plastic inner door panels were "chalky" when scratched.

Is there anything I can apply to the panel to save it? Or is it too far gone and I need to purchase replacement panels ?
