Looking for a 5x5 dusk brake conversion
Does anyone know of a disc brake conversion that will fit on a 6 lug spindle? I'm not sure if there's a difference in the spindle or if standard 5 lug conversion discs will work. Any info would be great. Thanks in advance.

If they are drum brakes it might be easier to just change the spindles. This is what I did with my 65 using 75 year model spindles. If you are from the Bay Area I am happy to help you out and set you in the right direction. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=727826

So they were stock spindles?

Looks like this kit uses the stock, drum brake spindle. https://scarebird.com/index.php?rout...product_id=156
I used a stock height squarebody spindle and squarebody ball joints to add discs to mine. Kept it 6 lug with the aftermarket 6 lug rotor that is offered in a lot of the kits |
