Sold $180 1970 Chevy Truck Data Books - 67-72 Factory Assembly
 

I am selling these books as one package. I don't know if these are 100% complete but with the three Books listed ... it should have all the information you are looking for. My truck has been restored for a number of years so I thought it is time to let these go. These are getting harder to find. I have other books that I might be sellng later on.

Would love to have these 2 other books as I already have that assembly book which is crazy and full of great information from spot welds to final assembly. However not sure what the big binder book has to offer and for $250 if its really no more information outside of assembly book its hard to justify cost.

Can you flash a few pages of what big binder has to offer that the other assembly book is lacking in truck section?

The One Book "1970 Chevrolet Truck 10-8- Series
Preliminary Data Book) has th C10 info which is missing in the big book.

Do a google search in the 67-72 forums and there are various post on the big data book. I used the old selling prices as a reference but I have also included the other books which is a bonus. Shipping is a killer these days and I am guessing it will cost me about $40 to ship. Hope this helps.

I can't jump on these right now. But I wanted to ask if your shipping cost is the "media rate"? Did you look into that and that's where the price comes from? Just making a suggestion, if you hadn't already. Books ship at a reduced rate, if you didn't know already. If you already knew, just consider this worthless babble :lol: Nice collection for '70!

The last two times I sent parts out shipping had really increased but this is good info to know. That would help redue costs.

This info is not worthless babble. Media rate is one of the last good deals out there. It is a great cheap way to send printed media such as books and magazines, but cannot contain any personal notes. That would make it first class.

My best rough guess is that if this stuff was sent Media mail it would cost at least half of the $40 fee listed above. Another caveat to media mail is that it is slower than most ways of shipping. But it is effective.
