What Size Dually Wheel Spacers 285/75/16 w/Alcoa 16x6"?

Converting to 4wd on my 1 ton dually. Keeping the same genuine Alcoa 16x6 and adding the 285/75/16 tires I just ordered. They are 10 ply E rates. I know I'll need some sort of spacer/adapters between the duals, but how much? I plan on spending decent money on billet hub centric type since I tow our 30' travel trailer a bunch. I figured 2" at the minimum, but didn't want to have the wheels/tires sticking out more than needed.

Thx!!

It's been a long while since I've ran any 16" chevy dual wheels. On my brother's old V30 we used 2" spacers with 285s but I think we had to go to 3" to keep the tires from touching when hauling a trailer. The chevy wheels set the tires closer together compared to the ford and dodge dual wheels. We found this out when we put a Dodge D80 under his truck.
