Question on 63 tie rods

Has anybody used 65-70 inner/outer/adjusting sleeve tie rods on a 63-64 1/2 ton? I have a 63 Gmc and want to use Moog but I can’t find the inner for 63-64. Just wondering if the taper on drag link is the same. Thanks in advance.
