'67-'72 Fleetside Bedside Panel - Bolt On?

I was just told by a body man that the full complete Bedside Panels for our '67-'72 Fleetside Truck Beds are 100% Bolt On.

Just want to verify that this info is correct and for those that have changed one, let us know how easy or difficult it was.

Thanks

Mine actually fit very nice and the metal was a heavy guage.

Well, that is correct, but it isn't.

If he would have said 99.9% he would have been more correct. There is a weld at the bottom of the rear stake pocket where it meets the floor. It varies in length, but anywhere from 1/2" to 1" in length.
