Evening Guys can someone help me figure out what motor this is and year its in my 72 C-10 guy I got it from says it's the original motor this number is on the passenger side up front V0530TDJ and this number was on the drivers side rear on the block 32 GM 3970010 Thank you

The 3970010 is a common 350 block.
V0530TDJ breaks down to
V—-built in Flint
0530—may 30th
TDJ——1972 350.

Would appear you’ve got a super original 50 year old motor in your truck. Pretty rare!

Look here for other casting numbers and their locations. Date code on passenger side back will confirm year built.
Also a list for heads casting numbers.
