Altman Latch not locking
 

Hey fellas, installed some Altman latches on my 72 K20 this weekend. Everything is working great except for the lock function. I have fought both sides all day, i had the passenger side locking, not easily, but it did lock, won’t do it any more now. What did everyone else do to make these lock better? Kind of regretting cutting a hole in the door now. No way to tell if the lock is going to work until you make the cut.
Please help!!

I'm having the same issues. Has anyone else had problems get the doors to lock?
