Just thought I would share some updated pictures of my truck. I have gotten wrapped up in documenting progress on my 1971 K20. The ole square body gets forgotten about sometimes. The truck is a 1990 V3500 GMC. Power is provided by 454/400. Been a great truck. Before gas prices went bananas I used it to get get projects every now and again. Anyways here's some photos.

What a sight that must have been for people driving by. I've never in my life considered highway robbery, but seeing that might have caused the idea to cross my brain pan. Kidding of course. I'm not much into envy, but that combo might just about get me started.

Thank you! It was a great trip. Getting out of the gas station parking lots in under 30 minutes was hard, people wanted to talk about the trucks. I made the trip with the crew cab over my diesel for the fact that gas was very cheap at that point and I figured I would not have many opportunities to do it again and boy was I right! Would cost me a small fortune now.

That's my dream truck down to the color, lift amount, wheel/tire size, and generation. If it were mine, the only thing I would do to it is put an NV4500 in it. If you ever want to sell it, let me know.

Beautiful and well equipped truck! Are the buckets and console original? Did you add the rear sport bumper? Those two things put it over the top for me.

My truck is actually a fairly low optioned rig. It was ordered with manual windows and locks, 454 Big Block, AC and radio delete! It also is a V22 conversion (dual headlamp) From the factory it had the single headlamp setup. The buckets and console are out of a suburban or blazer but they are a game changer. They are very comfortable. I did not put the rear sport bumper on the truck but i agree it does look good. At one point in its life someone took some liberties as far as adding options but it really is a 117k original mile 1990 V3500 GMC. You just don’t see many of them out there anymore.

This motivates me to keep my 1991 V3500 rather than sell it..

Or you could just sell it to me! Is it an automatic truck?
