will 265 75 16s fit on my truck?
i've got 245 75 16s on it now, and i know where i can get the 265s for $10 ea (used but in good condition) will they fit on my truck the way it sits right now (stock no BL, non-cranked bars)

Sure.......S/S

I dont see why not. I'm sure you have plenty of clearance and I highly doubt they will rub, being that they are only 1" difference.
The 245's are 30.5" tall and the 265's are 31.6" tall |
Should go right on.

they will fit, but the front is tight... if you do any flexy offroad driving expect to dent your fenders, my passanger side on bows out slightly from a tire hit. heres a pic of mine when it was clean for once with brand new 265/75/16 mud tires

i know this isn't exactly the same thing, but i had 275/55 20's on my 97, right around the 31.5-32" tall, and they didn't rub. never took it offroad of course
also, Blue_71, i'm from Morgantown(Butler County, Kentucky. nice to see a fellow Kentuckian on the boards :D |
If you have stock wheels there will be absolutely no problem unless somebody has turned your torsion bars way down. Aftermarket wheels stick out more and would give you a chance of rubbing the fender if you bottom out on something nasty.

i have 305/70-16's on my 98 z71 and i have no problems at all

265/75/R16's are standard size on my truck.
