Those brackets in your last picture look similar to the pieces used for the spare tire jack and tool hold down spring and such

Had to adjust one descriltion...I had door molding cause I had door on the brain...its actually a front fender molding....Thanks Ivam for bringing that to my attention...sorry bout that folks.
