squeaky front end

When I built my truck I used a square body front crossmember and A arms. The A arms had new bushings installed. Spindles and other components were new. Aftermarket swaybar has grease nipples where it moves in the rubber bushings. I have a very annoying higher pitched squeekedy squeekedy squeekedy in the front end. It's noticeable on ripply road that's just slightly bouncy. I doesn't squeek on bigger dips in the road or when the front end dipps on moderate braking. I can't easily reproduce it in the shop by bouncing the front end. Any ideas?

Im guessing its the control arm bushing. Are they polyurethane by chance?

Could be the shock bushings

No polyurethane. I bought a can of silicone spray and I’ll start shootin rubber.

I have a shock on a ford and it is doing what you are describing. It is like the rubber is worn a little and the shock can move up and down slightly causing the squeek

Brought the 65 home from where I store it for the winter. (Woo Hoo!) The squeekedy squeekedy was bad which I've figured out is worse when it's cold out and will actually stop on hot days over about 75 degrees. It's only on the drivers side. It must be the a arm bushings/shaft. I've delayed too long. Next week I'm going to pull the coil spring out and inspect the a arm bushings. They were new when I built the truck. Maybe not enough lube. I had a local shop press the bushings in and I can't remember if they put the shaft back in or I did.

Maybe sway bar bushings.
