If this will fit on my 292 engine I will take it. It all depends on the diameter of the spacer. Thanks, George

Here are the measurements of the spacer.
The first pic is the bottom of the spacer with and I.D. of 2 5/8".
The second pic shows spacer height of 2 3/4" at where the breather would set.
