Last Year Painted Bumper?
 

Was '78 the last year for painted bumper on Custom Deluxes? I know '78 was the last year for painted steel hubcaps in the 69-78 style and there were other trim changes in '79. I found an old picture of a friend's K/20 with white front bumper and it has a '78-back grille surround. Pretty sure his was a '78

1982 was the last year for the white bumper. I had to do a little research. I've never really had any interest in the 81 and up trucks.

Good question.

It's people like me that make folks wonder. I removed the chrome bumper from my 88 Custom Deluxe and had the bumpers from a CUCV painted white.
