Good source for '78 door shell?

The repaired hinge-area of my Scottsdale's driver's door is slowly failing.
So,...I'm looking for a good source for a new, or good used, driver's door. My sources seem to be "out of stock", right now.
I'm in northeastern Colorado, but I'm willing to pay for shipping, as needed.

Got a good one from LMC Truck,...'premium', in stock, and ONLY had one ding!
