Buddy Bucket Seat Track Rebuild/Repair

1 Attachment(s)
I'm redoing a set of buddy buckets, and the seat tracks have white plastic bushing surfaces in the four corners which reduce friction and guide the inner and outer track. Unfortunately it is crumbling.

Any ideas on how to repair?

Or how to disassemble this seat track?

Just came across this problem myself. Did you ever figure it out?

No. For the past two years I've had the seat hard mounted to the frame without adjusters. This makes the seat about 1" lower, which I've come to appreciate.
