60-68 tow hooks, not extreme bend

I have a set of 60-68 factory tow hooks for sale. I can sandblast and throw in new bolts nuts and washers for free. Or I can leave them as is. Broke one bolt removing them. I'd like $435 shipped and insured from Montana. Let me know if you want them as is or cleaned up with new hardware.
