1990 c3500 front lights harness question

Hey fellas can anyone please tell me what years are the same on the front exterior lights harness for these trucks.. I know the harness plugs in with the big c100 connector on the driver side firewall. I just need to know what years are the same or pretty close.. my truck is a 90 c3500 but the whole harness is in bad shape. Thanks in advance fellas
