1973-1978 Wood floor bed

1973-1978 wood floor bed, needs patch panels on rear lower wheel wells but the rest is in very good condition. What's it worth?

I know it's been a while, and I don't know where bed prices are right now, but I'll just say "more than that". I would think this would be the crown jewel for a Squarebody guy. They were rare. Most don't know they existed. I had a '78 dually with wood bed floor and never saw any others.

Re: 1973-1978 Wood floor bed
I would think it should be worth in that $12-1800 range as is. Rarely have I ever seen one in in the shape yours is in. The neat possibility would be to replace a 1974-1975 Gentleman Jim or Beau James long box bed with this and be a full correct decked out wood floor option. Also this bed floor could be shortened up very easily to build a factory look shortbed floor that was never offered with the wood in the 73 up.

Re: 1973-1978 Wood floor bed
I know this thread is old, but I was looking for a wood bedfloor kit for my squarebody andhaving a hard time finding it, a search led me here. I never knew the wood beds were rare on the 73-80 longbed fleetsides. My dad had a 3/4 ton '73 when I was a little guy and it had a 292, 3 on the tree, wood bed floor. We also had a '72 1/2 ton 327 auto wood bed. I never thought twice that the square was a wood bed. I want a wood bed in my '87. (I know they stopped in 80)
