What are these?

What are these NOS parts? I was thinking they are a steering damper system for a 4x4.

I don't think they have anything to do with a front suspension.

Looks like bed/camper shocks. They mount horizontally at the front bed corners in a Z83 equipped squarebody Camper Special.

Camper shocks...cool! NOS set...I'm never going to put a camper on my Longhorn but that is where they should go! Thanks for the info!!!

My 76 had these and the shocks actually mounted inside the cab so there was rectangle hole in the back of the cab on each side too. Here's a thread below with a parts break down for you.
