WTB: Tailgate handle

I'm looking for a used OEM tailgate handle (with phillips screws if possible). Functional with patina is fine. Medium blue is a plus. I don't need the latches or rods. Thanks.

I found 2 different ones but neither one has the mounting screws

That's ok if you don't have screws. I would imagine I could get them from LMC or somewhere else. I never looked. Do you have any pictures / price? Thanks.
