i just finished my 2/4 drop on my truck.what a pain getting rusted spring cups off.not to mention the panhard bar i had to grind the bolt off to remove it.as far as adjusting my new panhard bar.how should i do it any suggestions.

Use measurements from the frame to the wheel (or frame to tire) on both sides to center the axle on the frame...

I measure from rear wheel backing plate to the edge of frame on either side and adjust track arm bar until both measurements are the same. Then I go for a drive on a bumpy road and come back and check it, also be sure to check these dimensions with weight on the suspension because if truck is in the air with suspension hanging down the measurements will change once you let it down. I measure find out how much of a difference there is in measurements from one side to the other then I lift the truck and adjust the track arm bar 1/2 the difference in the 2 measurements.
IE- Say drivers is 2 1/2" and passenger is 2" I then lengthen the bar by 1/4", tighten the jamb nuts, lower check to be sure they are dead on, go for a drive come back check again and if good I call it done. Your gonna love the difference in handling lowering makes. If you don't currently have sway bars consider them for both front & rear as each one makes a very big difference in the handling when added.
