I'm still hunting for a 'nearby' period correct camper shell for it, since there are apparently no Alaskans in Texas(!) Photoshop b my friend...
I was ready to drive to FL to get the camper shell in the 1st pic a few weeks ago, but believe it sold when the truck did :(

I've got a solution Jocko. Head west in your truck, stop by Chevyland, and you two head up the coastal highway. Don't stay too long, but farther north, this is waiting for you.

I wanted to do that with my Alaskan but the camper itself is so heavy a 1/2 ton is too small.
