Big ass tires= big ass notch

the wheels are actually coming out of the bed ive seen those pics b4 its insane
|
Is it me or is the Dana60 rear mounted upside down? Look at the cover, usually the bigger end is on the drivers side.
|

I bet that the axle is flipped over so that the driveshaft is lower. Think about it, humongo wheels, then laying it that low, the driveshaft would be getting close to the cab or who knows what when you layed it down on the ground. It is for clearence issues.
Oh and my opinion on that truck, DITCH the rims, too big, 20" is max for me!!! |
I have to say that I have seen numerous pics of that truck and, though I may offend some, I think it is a waste of a classic truck. Way too chopped up. The wheels just absolutely kill it, far too large... :barf: .....again, this is just my opinion.
don't everyone beat me up at once.... :( |
I think the notch is BIG. The truck looks way diffrent,
