Exhuast Cutouts. Any good ones out there?
Looking at installling some electrically controlled exhaust cutouts. While looking into options from different manufactures I have read some reviews that say these electronic ones leak while these others don't. Not sure which reciews to believe. So I figured I would come on here and see who here has installed cutouts on their teucks and which brands/manufactures they were happy with. What brand would you guys recommend?

Not sure on which ones to tell you to buy, but Engine Masters on MT had a good episode about cutouts. Kinda surprised me really. I'm thinking about putting a set on my truck now.

I have Doug’s electronic cutouts on my BB Chevelle . Been on for 7 or 8 years never had a problem with them . I did bend one when I hit a pothole but that’s another story . I like the slide closure as apposed to the butterfly type that alway seem to leak

I used granatelli exhaust cutouts. I think all cutouts will leak some. These seem better than most and not really noticable. I add a x pipe kit with the cutouts and it line up exceptionally well. The granitelli kit came with switches and controlers and hardware so you are not chasing odds and ends.
