Will a C20 sway bar fit a C10?

I have a front sway bar from a '69 C20. Just wondering if it'll fit my '72 C10 and which mounts would I need? Is a C20 sway bar thicker? Thanks.

It will fit and yes is should be larger in diameter. As far as what you need to put it on can only be answered by you and what you have in front of you
